We stopped by for a quick lunch on a Monday, and it was pretty crowded. I won't be back!So disappointed in our experience at l'Avenue.
It´s elegant but there´s no need to be dressed formal in an old-fashioned way. Weird but okay.
This was my favorite dinner on my Parisian holiday. This while sitting about 5 feet from the hostess who sat us and ignored us while talking to a co-worker even though I attempted to get her attention while they were chatting.
MENU Non stop service.
And I will make sure everyone knows about you. I'm back in the states and all I can think about is the Mouth-Watering dishes from the Salad with Large Crab Meat to the Shrimp/Risotto.
Their menu had a lot to offer. I’d recommend you book ahead.. Une brasserie simple et traditionnelle . … Longing for La Rapiere back in Bayeaux!I LOVE this place so much! Ask for a table by the window (or outside if its warmer - we were these in January, too cold to sit outside). For years, it had been one of my favorite meals in Paris. We will make sure you have a great time with us. The environment is cool so it´s relaxing to eat there. The service was kind and fast. It's so classy, food is so delicious and view in front of the Montagne Avenue is priceless! À L’Avenue, l’ambiance est conviviale.
I use to travel to Paris 3x's a year staying for 4 or more days. Lunch or dinner, you can always find good fun.
Menu extract. Food is OK, can be better.
We had outstanding food and excellent service. It was so trendy and chic. Dishes are presented in a clean, appealing way. We checked twice. We checked in and they looked us up and down and after denying us seats outside, brought us to the farthest corner inside and up the stairs. Not just for the atmosphere (good for people watching and celebrities frequent here) BUT most importantly for the food. So no hard feelings.

The one in St. Germaine and the one on Rue Fauborg tend to be busier I think but they are both big inside so your chances are pretty good. A blast!Don't know how to rate this restaurant because we never ate here BUT we made a reservation for 12pm. The one in St. Germaine and the one on Rue Fauborg tend to be busier I think but they are both big inside so your chances are pretty good. She showed us how to eat this delicacy so we didn't make a mess or a fool out of ourselves lol.
I believe that racism has nothing to do with a restaurant policy of accepting children or not.
She wanted a tip to give us a table and when we refused she kicked us out of the restaurant. Pain perdu is a classic dessert to eat there but the steak is known as well by how they make it so yummy! We cook fresh and seasonal products to offer you the best cuisine.
50 € We are staying at a friend's apartment down the block and stopped in at 11 pm for a quick night cap and dessert. We have a bad taste in our mouths. Dress well when you go as it is quite a trendy crowd.
Granted we didn't wear luxury clothing but we are still cute!! What will you prefer?
Nothing is over seasoned or tasteless.
